I brought my car into the shop. They diagnosed it and took care of the repair. The staff was courteous and friendly. My overall experience was great.
Went for an ac issue. I agreed with an initial pay of 250 for vacuuming, recharging(later after fix), and investigating the issue(i.e., labor). We agreed that any repair would be done when I oked it. Issue was found to be a blockage in the expansion valve. But just getting the replacement was taking too long(more than 4 hours). Frustrated, I got the part myself from autozone in 20 minutes.
