Orozoco-do does not listen to patient or family. Made a decision on medical care based on one factor and refused to listen to questions or concerns that contradicted her decision. Was rude, dismissive and uncaring. Terrible bedside manner.
Dr. Sylvia is truly exceptional. She combines deep medical expertise with a level of kindness, attentiveness, and empathy that you rarely find. She takes the time to understand both the medical issue and the person behind it, and you always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan.
Dr Orozco-Do took the best care of our son during his recent hospitalizations, as did the Dr Ternes and Dr Tannoury! I can’t say enough great things about this group of physicians! Wichita is lucky to have them!
Dr. Orozco-Do is one of the most caring and talented doctors it has been my privilege to meet. She empathizes with her patients needs and fears and addresses them comprehensively and proactively. She has my highest recommendation.
