It’s a shame we won’t be able to know the doctor because of her irresponsible desk staff. My mom was in desperate need of a specialist for pain, Arthritis and joint issues but the staff is completely unprepared to handle new clients. They demonstrated no compassion or empathy for their mistakes in handling my mothers visit today. Doctor was referred to me by my PP but her staff does not seem interested in building her new business.
Dr. Orozco is a wonderful doctor. She truly cares about her patients. She takes her time during appointments, answers any questions, and I trust her advice.
Dr. Orozco is an incredible, kind and intelligent rheumatologist. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as a baby (18 months) and have had active RA ever since. I was referred to Dr. Orozco by Texas Scottish Rite when I transitioned from pediatric to adult care and she treated me for ~10 years before I moved to San Francisco. Wonderful doctor. Been going for years and she is always very professional; great diagnostician.
She minimized my symptoms and seemed frustrated with me because my experience with symptoms was different than what she thought it should be. I don't think she believed me and that's very frustrating to someone who is trying to figure out why their body isn't working right.
