This is the worst dealership in butte County by far. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Mike tucker is an absolute joke and a liar. I went to these guys for my first experience at buying a new car and they took advantage of me and ripped me off. My car literally broke down after just 1 year and the same happened to a friend of mine. These guys here are very unprofessional and don't have a clue on how to do their job. Stay very far away from Oroville ford.

I had a fantastic experience at Oroville Ford! I brought in my 2017 Nissan Sentra for an oil service and tire rotation, and they did an excellent job. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. A big shoutout to Greg and Jeff, the service writers, who were super friendly and helpful throughout the process.
