Needed to have my Ford F250 diesel worked on. I had a noise on the driver side engine department upper portion of the engine. Their diagnosis was a steering pump problem which was totally bogus. I knew it right out of the gate they found out it wasn’t the problem how epic They finally figured it out that it was the alternator bearing. I have them also service my transmission, which I was skeptical about. This is a review for Jeff in the service department. First off this guy is absolutely amazing. We went in there with nothing but worries and he put all of our worries to us in the first few minutes of talking to us. He was able to help us with our claim get it set up no hassle and we didn't have to do nothing. Car was ready in a week and a half The problem was diagnosed as a water pump he handled all the warranty stuff. Kaylan was amazing at helping me with my new purchase. I felt completely comfortable & the experience i had was awesome. She walked both lots with me & answered all my question I had. She had all the patience in the world, was very kind & helpful. She took the extra time to make sure my wants & needs in a new vehicle were heard & met. I will consider Oroville Ford first with a future vehicle. I left Oroville Ford very confident in my new vehicle & I owe all that to Kaylan!
