Building 9 a . They let you wait in the little room an hour. That is just not cool.
New to the area and made an appointment nearly 3 months ago to establish primary care. I wrote down not only the date 1/6 but the day (Friday, today) I have learned to ask for confirmation of the weekday when scheduling appointments. When I called to confirm my appointment, since no reminder was provided, I was told that I missed my appointment on Tuesday. The next appointment is Feb 6th. I have had my hands misdiagnosed in Washington. Here they dismissed the diagnosis and confirmed it is carpal tunnel. I am now getting carpal tunnel release surgery on my left hand to see if it works. I am relieved that they are doing something about it. If it works on my left hand we are doing on my right.
Their reviews are a joke. Staff are unprofessional. You’ll regret your time/visit after you actually go experience it yourself.
