This guy is very unprofessional. We had coordinated to meet at a certain time and he never went back to the shop like he had agreed to. I just lost my son and explained that to him and he still had the audacity to give me attitude and hang up the phone on me. God bless him hopefully he never has to experience the pain I’m going through and then have to deal with scumbag people on top of a tragedy.
