Unemployed Owners Dog Hit by Car-nobody would help except Oronoque I personally have never been to Oronoque Animal Hospital but I saw the story today on NBC30 of the couple who's dog was hit by a car and had a fx femur...they contacted numerous vets but of course because they had no money the vets would not see the dog, DISGUSTING that they would all allow the dog to suffer....when the owner called Oronoque they treated the dog immediately and multiple times for the injury. The Best Vets & Staff My GSP Is 10 and I have been going to Oronoque since she was a puppy. The vets are always thorough and the staff are polite and friendly. My dog recently had an issue that I called about. The vet returned my call within an hour, suggested some home remedies, and called back to see how she was doing. The only complaint I have is there is usually a long wait. Given that the service is so good, I'm willing to wait.
Dog Lover I gave Oronoque Animal Hospital 5 stars, because thats all they let you choose, otherwise, I would have given it a 10!! I have being going there for quite a few years with all my dogs (6)and have never been more pleased with the care and concern that they show me and my pets. The staff, whether it is the office personnel, the vet techs, or the Doctors, they treat you with respect. Our puppy Buckley has been sick since June when we got him. We were at another vet, but weren’t getting the answers or proper recommendations we felt we needed. We seen Dr. Kissel today and was highly impressed! She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and set up a proper treatment plan for our boy. He has been struggling to eat also for a long time, she gave us a dog food today and he ate it immediately. Thanks for being so compassionate and truly loving what you do, it shows 😃
Roughly 15 years ago, Dr. Yassanow doubled our Aussie's life when he figured out the right balance and cadence of meds to treat her Addison's disease. We are forever grateful to him for his expertise and generosity over the years. Dr Kissel and her staff truly are so wonderful at what they do. Despite this unfortunate pandemic, this office is being very careful in protecting themselves and others. Yesterday I brought my sweet boy Scout in for an office visit. They called me to get some information regarding why I was bringing him in. About 15 minutes later, one vet tech had come out to the car to get Scout.
