This clinic, Oroki Family Clinic 12805 Cullen is one of the worst clinic I know. My daugher had to be receritifed for medical supplies and for wheelchair repairs. The Clinic needed for me to bring daughter in to see Doctor to get Title 19 and other forms signed. It has taken over four weeks to get the forms signed by the Doctor. I keep calling and calling and they keep telling me the forms have been faxed to the respectful parties but to no avail. I rate this clinic at a Zero
