RecommendedIts a clean, neighbors are always friendly plus pets are welcomed. Its close to schools and shopping. The managers are great and they go above and beyond to make this a very welcoming and close community.
Recommendedthey have a new name,THE CREEKSIDE VILLAS, new owners,new management,the maintenance crew is fast and reliable. I have lived here almost 10 years and overall this is a very nice place to call home
RecommendedThe landscape is always kept up. The management is very responsive to any problems. Neighbors are friendly. Beautiful quiet and pleasant place to live. Close to schools and has a park near by.
I hated it there. There were rats in the walls and the manager was rude to me. He told me I had to service the oven when it is his job as management. Too many police visits in one day. Rude neighbors that blasted music or wanted to smoke pot and steal from me.
Management is never stable witch makes the apartments not stable
I love living here!!
