HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This place exceeded my expectations. I took my mother in for a foot infection. Called first, and I was told it’s OK to just come in. We were taken in the medical office within a few minutes. I know that may not always be possible, but we appreciated not having to wait unnecessarily . This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. We were seen quickly and treated with empathy and professionalism. The provider knew just how to put my needle-phobic daughter at ease for the IV and we were checked in on frequently. Great teamwork at this office!
Easy online booking. Little to no waiting. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and efficient. The provider Beth took her time to listen to me. She explained both the condition and options for treatment clearly. Wonderful experience.
Check in was seamless and being seen right away was a plus. I was respected for nursing knowledge which was greatly appreciated. The degree of professionalism is top notch. Waiting room and exam room was very clean!
All the staff were amazing. The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and kind. The waiting room, patient room and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this urgent care
