This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. We were seen quickly and treated with empathy and professionalism. The provider knew just how to put my needle-phobic daughter at ease for the IV and we were checked in on frequently. Great teamwork at this office!
Everyone was outstanding and treated me with such care and kindness. The experience was amazing from start to finish—they made sure I was completely comfortable, dimmed the lights, and even gave me a cozy blanket. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back—if not every month—for their IV treatments! Highly recommend!
Amazing staff, friendly service and attention to detail. We felt Beth Brown FNP-C was compassionate and knowledgable. We were even able to get medication while there, which is a great service when the patient is uncomfortable to be able to save a trip to the pharmacy. We were in and out quickly too.
The staff were so kind and good to me. The NP or PA, I can't recall b/c I was so sick . Kim was her name. She explained Covid care and gave me a handout that I really appreciate. Th 2 nurses ( one about to take the N-CLEX ...& an RN, so thoughtful ! I'm a retired RN & it just means a lot to be able to avoid ER depts....& receive a level of care at this Immediate Care facility that was way above what I'd expect from an ED anywhere ( speaking from experience). Thank you
Amazing experience! I came here because my Dr. could not fit me in. I was expecting the typical Urgent Care. This place far exceeds that. The staff was exceptional! I like the holistic approach. They all were so nice and caring. I’m thankful we have a place like this in Oro Valley.
