I needed urgent care for an injured ankle. This urgent care office was included in my insurance. I found the experience at this urgent care to be excellent, from customer service to professionalism. I was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. I felt cared for. This facility has x-ray equipment which was great. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. We were seen quickly and treated with empathy and professionalism. The provider knew just how to put my needle-phobic daughter at ease for the IV and we were checked in on frequently. Great teamwork at this office!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This place exceeded my expectations. I took my mother in for a foot infection. Called first, and I was told it’s OK to just come in. We were taken in the medical office within a few minutes. I know that may not always be possible, but we appreciated not having to wait unnecessarily . Everyone was outstanding and treated me with such care and kindness. The experience was amazing from start to finish—they made sure I was completely comfortable, dimmed the lights, and even gave me a cozy blanket. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back—if not every month—for their IV treatments! Highly recommend!
Check in was seamless and being seen right away was a plus. I was respected for nursing knowledge which was greatly appreciated. The degree of professionalism is top notch. Waiting room and exam room was very clean!
