the nurses and receptionist were very friendly, I was attended within minutes of getting there, the doctor in the ER was very precise and helpful, he received the lab results very quickly. all in all the service was very good. didn't have to wait 14 hours to be seen like at the other ER i went to.
Even though all beds in the ER were taken on the Monday I was there, the staff made efficient use of one room that accommodated six patients. Nicole Lawson, the PA on duty, was terrific! She calmly and pleasantly made sure all of us were taken care of and updated each patient on their status regularly. I was treated with care and efficiency. The appropriate tests were done to accurately diagnose me. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I am feeling better every day. Happy to have a well staffed ER when you need it!
I only had stitches but everyone was pleasant and efficient.
