Dr. Mackelprang does a very thorough examination and discusses the results in a very detailed way.
It's been a long time since I've seen this kind of customer service. Everything from making my appointment to getting my new glasses was great. I definitely recommend them.
Must revise my review from last year. The furniture in the office has been rearranged and it feels like there is more space. Much more comfortable. And best of all, they have gone digital and sent the paperwork via email for you to fill out in the comfort of your home and not in the office using paper and pen. Much more convenient. Thank you! Dr Mackleprang is fantastic.
