I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to ensure others don’t fall for the Valentine’s special offer or any future promotions they may have. I had planned ahead and made a reservation on OpenTable. I arrived on time and selected our options from the fixed menu. During this time, I realized they were hosting a separate event downstairs. I wish I could leave a review but we were refused service. We were stay on property at The Emily Morgan. There was also a large group there Omega Aerial Refueling Services there the same days we were. They were all extremely loud while in the lobby area. We sat down at the bar end right next to the hotel elevators at 9:45pm. The bar tender summoned a front desk employee from the hotel to come talk to us and to let us know she would not be serving us because the kitchen closed at 10pm. Food is good and the bartender Monica is the best! Highly recommend staying at the hotel and enjoying Oro for food and libations.
My first time in San Antonio and staying at the Emily Morgan Hotel. I decided to eat my first meal at Oro restaurant in the hotel. My server, Johnny, greeted me very courteous and my meal was just wonderful! I love the atmosphere and the price was great! I would recommend Oro to guest as well as locals.
