Las joyas están muy bonitas de muy buena calidad y el personal es muy amable y atento y cuando haces tu orden rápido la procesan y la envían que eso es muy bueno porque tienes tu producto rápido para tus clientes.
En mis últimas ordenes han mandado mercancía rota y cuandos e les dice no le contestan a uno nada más lo dejan en visto. Agregan mercancía que uno no a ordenado y no hacen devoliciones. Muy mala compania porque no se hace responsable de sus errores. Solo piensan en el dinero y como ellos ya cobraron no les importa el cliente.
No la recomiendo a mi me mandaron muy mal mi orden completamente lo opuesto a lo que pedí y ahora no me contestan asta me ignoran y te dan números falsos de servicio al cliente tengan mucho cuidado con estas personas muy pésima experiencia
This past week! I was on a video call making a order when the representative Lulu started my order and she was not very helpful. She made me feel as if I was taking up her time. She was so rude speaking to other people while on the call and putting me on hold at least 3 times & to top it off I received my order and there where things I didn't order in my order.
