This past week! I was on a video call making a order when the representative Lulu started my order and she was not very helpful. She made me feel as if I was taking up her time. She was so rude speaking to other people while on the call and putting me on hold at least 3 times & to top it off I received my order and there where things I didn't order in my order. I have been a wholesale customer of this store for a long time, but unfortunately, our last purchase here with a sales representative named Lulú left us with no desire to continue buying from this place. Her service was extremely poor.
