Absolutely horrible. Not as advertised. What showed up to our door was not what’s showed on the website. The craftsman ship looks rushed and unfinished. I have to put a buffer sheet under my mattress due too splinters of wood ruining my mattress. Unprofessional when we called the company to see what they can do about this. It’s not as sturdy as reported in the site, we have boards knocking each other when we move. Such a disappointed from a Canadian company. Will not recommend to anyone I know. I shared the following feedback with them via email: Hi! I have some feedback! Buckle up! Wow, guys. This was, by far, the worst assembly experience I have very had. I wish I lived on the planet where it takes “5 minutes” to assemble. That’s an objectively crazy thing to claim on your homepage. It took me 3 hours. I cried. Wept in frustration.
