What a great place to live. I visited a friend at this building and immediately noticed the difference. As a native New Yorker and broker I am in and out of beautiful buildings across the City daily. This one definitely sets it self apart. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the building was clean outside and in, and the pool was comfortable. Definitely a great place to live!
This Building is so well maintained, it's amazing. Every area is clean, inviting and well organized. The Property Manager/Super is always looking for better and effective ways of improving the lifestyle of living in this Building and working closely with the great Staff. The Oro Condominium is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful, and the resident manager is attentive, respectful, and approachable. The building is kept immaculate. There is a real feeling of care here. The Oro is an oasis in Downtown Brooklyn.
