My mom went there for years but I never understood why it took so long. Keeping patients with diabetes and hypertension waiting for up to 6 hours! It's a crime.
I’m puzzled by the vague 1-star reviews here, as my experience with Dr. Ornstein has been nothing but excellent. Those negative ratings lack specific details, which makes them less credible. Yes, the wait time can be long - sometimes up to 3 hours - but the level of care, professionalism, and genuine bedside manner more than make up for it. In my view, this office absolutely deserves 5 stars.
