This review is based on my experience as a seller who accepted a showing by this company. First, she was a no show. No call, no text. She then showed up over an hour late expecting to be allowed to still show my home. I refused. Her and potential buyer thought it was very funny, it appeared, as they were laughing as they left (my ring caught it all). I am appalled at the disrespect, lack of courtesy, and unprofessionalism shown by the representative of this company, as well as the couple who wanted to be shown my home.
Removed pending litigation.
They didn't come to our house unless it was an emergency. Even then they didn't care what happened. They didn't fix the ceiling that was caving in on us. They didn't fix the huge foundation problems. They told us they would remove the over growth of trees that caused so many big problems, they didn't. They were terrible landlords. Told me I didn't have to pay one month, so I paid medical bills, when we moved out they kept our security deposit because of that one month, eventhough I have proof they said I didn't have to pay. ... read more
