I tried repeatedly to get setup with them as a new client earlier this year. The owner was persistently vague and evasive when I asked for a quote. He never would give me a straight answer about cost (First red flag). I finally agreed to let them take over on good faith. I then spent hours getting all of the requested information to them in order to start the process only to find out months later that although they had billed me for services(which I paid), they did absolutely nothing.
