They have very poor customer service. It took a month and a half—and countless calls and follow-ups—before they finally shipped the order. They also never delivered the rug they had promised as a gift. I do not recommend buying from them at all.
Robert did an excellent job delivering and installing our new couch. They were on time and cleaned everything up after.
