I was referred to Dr. Marshall after finding I had cataracts at an unexpectedly young age. I have had many eye issues in the past, and have been to at least three ophthalmologists over a six year span, and I can say that I have seen diconnected specialists at their worst. I just wanted to say that I had Dr Jodie look after me today and she was nothing but kind, informative and caring, she is very knowledgeable in her field and she was able to diagnose and give me a treatment for some eye pain I've been having for almost a year now that no one else could help me with. The rest of the team including reception were also exceptional, I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you all so much
Be careful. Jodie Marshall is abrupt and disconnected in her manner of speaking with clients. She will not allow you to ask questions and will unprofessionally and unethically accuse you of "not listening" if you do try to ask questions. What I experienced from her was disrespectful and an unethical attempt to quiet the asking of questions by attempting to shame through words such as "you seem to be quite combative".
