RecommendedClosed on 2 houses today, sold then bought. There were some MAJOR hiccups today and rather than being stoic and “by the book” I witnessed them show grace to an honest mistake and make a dream come true to a young couple that were first time home buyers. It would have affected me as well had it not worked out but to me it would have been a minor setback. To this young couple it would have devastated their “first home” experience.
