My child will be seventeen in less than the month and he's been going here since he was two months old. Since they've changed from Ormond pediatrics with Dr. Lazona to pediatric associates , this place is going down the drain. First , they tell me to read my son's labs myself on the portal. Then when I explained to them, I'm not a medical personnel person or anything like that. They said that I need to come to the office.Pay your co pay for them to tell me the labs. My grandson had an EKG done in the office on Monday. On Tuesday we were called back in to have a second EKG done. Wednesday afternoon I called to get the results. Was told the clinician had not had a chance to review the report yet, but I would get a call back by the end of the business day. Today is Friday and I still have not received any call or text or email. Nothing.

I absolutely love this location. All the staff are amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. I started taking my son here the day after he was born almost 4 years ago and I take my daughter now as well. In all those years have never had an issue and never received less than outstanding service. They make you feel comfortable and don’t make you seem like you’re bothering them if you need to ask questions.
