They always do a great job treating my child.
The office staff and providers are all Amazing. But the new phone system is awful, you either can’t get a hold of anyone or you get a call center in another country and no one can properly answer your questions. And they can not connect you to one of the sweet office staff members. Thinking of switching drs.because of this phone issue, We have been going to Ormond pediatrics for 17 years which has recently changed names and owners to pediatric associates.
Love love love the doctors here! So glad I switch over. Not only are the doctors amazing but they truly care about your little ones. Dr. Colpoy and her associates are heaven sent. Must also say Brooke who works as a receptionist, was extremely helpful and understood my baby needed to be seen as soon asap possible by a doctor. Which we were then able to come in the next 24hrs. Would highly recommend you bring your kids here if you want a place to care as much as you do for your own kids.
