I've been going here for years, but this is my first time reviewing online. I went in looking like a freak of nature .... due to a not not so "comedy of errors" ended by getting a chemical burn from a hand soap I put on my face. I know .... dumb. Kate and Kathryn (sp?) were professional from intake, focusing the second time (boring and deprecating as it was) on my "story", lighthearted, assuring, thorough in treatment with the request that i call in two days to give my update in healing. After Day 1 -- improvement!
What a great team at this office! I have to say the doctor was phenomenal and Elaine was wonderful. I was nervous about going in but Elaine made it easy and she also made me laugh. I would highly recommend this office and team of professionals!
I had seen my doctor twice and had been to the urgent care. I was beside myself when I called OBD. the receptionist spoke to the provider and got me in that day. The doctor listened and examined, not just glances, by the time I left I had a diagnosis and medication. Thank toy so very much OBD. Though I can't say im better but I can say I'm in good hands now.
Taylor at the front desk was so inviting and sweet. Mary Beth was more than amazing. My mother being an esthetician, I know my stuff, Mary Beth surpassed met my high standards of care!

We have been patients here for eleven years. I can’t say enough good things. From the worlds best receptionist Diane, to exceptional treatment by Dr. Sevigny and DNP Terri Bianchi to billing it has been a pleasure. Easy to make appointments and comfortable office environment.
