Great place with a great squat rack, bench, and deadlift platform. Really good place for strength training.

I absolutely loved going to this gymn when I lived there! I miss it horribly. I miss having a family like atmosphere like they have. Customer service is A1 top notch! Lots of awesome classes to choose from too. Can't wait to back & visit when I am in the area. Love the owners John & Lora Orme too! Wonderful, honest, family oriented couple :)
