I loved working at this place It is such a bummer that The manager i had was very toxic. It is even sadder that HR does not listen to their people, they listen to some toxic mangers rather than the workers when we're being harassed by retaliated against. My lead was Ana Martines from the Semi department. I worked here since 2020 and this "Lead" had such a terrible attitude. I left because of her. HR went along with the whole thing. It is a good company...my brother is employed in this company..
When i was interviewed i was asked how would handle a conflict i said i would go to the supervisors or manger they said ok so i worked A month 1/2 and after 3 weeks i had a conflict and i went to the boss CHAD and told him what was going on and guess what he let me Go i did my work i was there on time but i guess he didnt like the fact i told him the truth about hes Back up lead CASEY. I heard many people have complained about her but he dont tell her nothing but on time krama will see there both no GOOD.
