First embryo transfer ended in a miscarriage during which not much compassion was shown. Second embryo transfer - the morning of, we were informed in the thawing process that the second embryo did not survive the thaw. They put our last and third embryo in which resulted in a negative pregnancy test. Their lab is not good which is imperative in the success of ivf. We had the best experience with Dr. Kurtz and her nurse Olivia, and the entire group of PAs at ORM for our IVF experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone going through this process!
My navigator, Giselle has been my lifeline. She is AMAZINGLY responsive. If she isn’t available one of the other navigators answers just as fast. I never wait more than a couple of hours on any result either. I’ve been thrilled with my level of care over all! I have communicated with our doctor as often as I’ve requested/needed to. The scheduling staff is also fantastic and respond right away and call you so fast!
One of the worst places to visit—avoid at all costs! They will drain your bank account and insurance by pushing unnecessary tests. Their billing system is incredibly deceptive; they’ll quote you one number, then send you a much higher bill later. They even charge for answering the most basic questions. We’ve worked with ORM for over a year and have undergone numerous tests—all of which came back normal. Even with insurance, we’ve paid several thousand dollars so far.
