Pinnacle Fertility Oregon is the best. The staff, from the front desk to the ones that works in the back offices made me feel so welcomed every time I showed up for my appointments. My nurses, providers, and the MA's were always encouraging, and promptly answered my questions or concerns. Thank you so much Pinnacle Fertility Oregon. I can't wait to share the pictures of the little miracle that God used you to make possible:) Winnie
Couldn't agree more with the 1 star reviews. I don't want to put the time to leave my review since it will be the same as many of the experiences described in details. But I do want to highlight the lack of kindness especially from the doctors (navigators were kind). It's a shame...
Great experience with Pinnacle Fertility. They were super prompt, the text communication made everything so convenient, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Promise "Concierge service" and then immediately become the most hands off company possible. When asked why they won't interact with other entities they say "Because you need to". Drove my wife to tears, wasted thousands of our dollars, near a hundred hours of my poor wifes time. We're fortunate enough to have the means and free time to navigate how hands off pinnacle is, but if you don't have a part time job worth of spare time on your hands, RUN AWAY!
