ORM provided a great experience. I appreciated that they take my insurance making things a little easier to handle. Their staff was very communicative and responsive. Everything was well organized, explained, and easy to follow. They provided a ton of great education material. I look forward to working with them for round two.
Awful experience with referral. Would not bother trying to get an appointment if your doctor referred you here. After my 4th call for an initial appointment, was directly told they already have all the information needed, but since doctor didn’t print out a specific form on their website and fax it with a signature, they won’t accept the referral. I don’t think they understand how electronic referrals work today, I’d be surprised if they give their employees email accounts at this point. Beyond silly since their “form” looks... read more
I cannot recommend ORM enough! They are so wonderful & thoughtful. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. They make you feel so comfortable & are there with you every second of the way. We will definitely be going back in the future! Such a wonderful place to start a family!
After being on a waitlist at another clinic for months, I called ORM and we were able to get in for consultation and begin fertility testing within just a few weeks. I did a lot of my own research and ORM’s practices were right on par with current treatments and protocols. First time going through IVF and extremely happy with the care from ORM. I worked with Dr Barbieri and she was great. Having access via text to my navigator for all clinical questions and the schedulers for making appointments made a stressful process much easier. I’ve met many nurses, doctors, phlebotomists along the way and everyone was so kind and caring. Highly recommended!
