All the staff and doctors, especially our coordinator Giselle made the process and journey at ORM easy and comfortable. It was always easy to get in touch with them and I felt supported the entire way. Beginning the IVF process was scary and unfamiliar but Giselle was there every step of the way and I am incredibly thankful for her and Dr. Barbieri. My husband and I are excited for the next step of this journey and will be intouch soon when we are ready for baby 2!!
We had a wonderful experience with ORM. Our coordinator Mallory was incredibly responsive to our questions, and we had a great experience with Dr. Kurtz, as well as Gena in genetic counseling. The IVF process is one that can take much longer than expected, but ORM moved us through each step as efficiently as possible. We are very grateful for their care!
I cannot say enough about the quality of care with Dr. Barberi and her coordinator, Giselle. Fertility is a very overwhelming process, but both of them made me feel so comfortable and supported. It actually ended up being an empowering experience for me and overall positive.
