I've since transferred care because of issues with their payment collection. They ask for payment up front and seem to bill insurance after. This process means that almost none of my payments to them were captured in my overall out of pocket max. There were also multiple instances of my insurance saying they covered $ amount and I owe $ amount that were different than what Pinnacle was saying. This is the place to go, especially if you’re LGBT+. I was able to accomplish so much more in one appointment with Pinnacle than I was in over 6 months of back-and-forth with Spring. They’re kind, compassionate, and actually take time to listen to and prioritize YOU. So thankful for this business.
After 3 years of struggling with secondary infertility, my IVF journey at ORM/Pinnacle was excellent. Dr. Kurtz and her navigator, Bethany, are a fantastic team. I truly felt cared for each step of the way, especially through a difficult miscarriage which put me in the ER for an emergency D&C. Bethany is such a caring and proactive navigator. I could lean on her for all the medical and emotional support needed in this very difficult journey. I’ve now graduated at 10weeks and it feels surreal and bittersweet.
Thank you Dr. Barbieri and my patient navigator Giselle for always supporting me and answering my questions. The communication was excellent and after my first consult I immediately felt safe, comfortable, and heard. I am so blessed to have the pinnacle team be a part of this journey.
First of all, I want to tell the insensitive ORM bot (because let's be real, would a human with a conscience copy/paste these form responses to reviews left by women struggling with infertility?) to get lost. No one cares about your lame response to reach out to ORM since the reason said reviews are being left is because of the lack of compassion from your business.
