I’m so sad that I didn’t get the teams name who helped me out today. I had my egg retrieval and my nerves were through the roof. I was really scared going into the procedure due to the fear of anesthesia and being put to sleep. I previously left a very positive review for ORM, but I’ve since deleted it because my experience has changed drastically. I have been a patient since April 2022. Over that time, I completed five rounds of IVF and one successful frozen transfer with them. In September, I met with the team to plan a transfer of my segmental aneuploid embryo. I had an amazing experience with ORM (now Pinnacle). Their IVF expertise is truly outstanding, and one of the main reasons I chose ORM was because of their excellent lab and advanced embryology technology.
