We couldn’t be happier w our experience at ORM. We went to multiple other fertility providers in the Portland area before coming to ORM and to say they were the best is an understatement. Everyone was professional and lovely to work with and made the whole experience transparent and were with us for every step of the journey. Dr Bankowski, Brooke, the phlebotomists, nurses everyone was so amazing and were so excited to have the baby we didn’t think was possible ! 10/10 recommend !
I had the best experience with ORM/Pinnacle Fertility! Our navigator Bethany was amazing. She was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and so supportive and encouraging in this difficult yet rewarding experience! Not accommodating. You can tell that this is not a Dr run group.
We partnered with a fertility clinic close to us (on the other side of the country) to coordinate care to receive donated embryos at Pinnacle. The care coordination was exceptional. We felt an immediate connection to Dr. Barbieri. Bella, our patient navigator, has been responsive and kind. And we are excited to share that we are pregnant!
