One of the worst places to visit—avoid at all costs! They will drain your bank account and insurance by pushing unnecessary tests. Their billing system is incredibly deceptive; they’ll quote you one number, then send you a much higher bill later. They even charge for answering the most basic questions. One star only because there is not a No Star option. Billing is a joke. As if we didn't pay enough in the few years we were trying, now they continue to send bills for "storage" that my husband and I have told them since our last transfer that we would not want storage of sperm nor eggs. That was over 2 years ago. We have signed electronically multiple times as well as certified mail not to mention verbally over the phone, and they claim none of that was accepted or was the incorrect "thing" to do. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience than the one I had with ORM! Every single person that I interacted with treated me with nothing but love and kindness. I wish that I could go my whole pregnancy with them. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I cannot express in words how thankful I am for the compassion, care, and honesty I experienced in my journey with ORM. There was no ambiguity, I was never left guessing nor feeling alone in the process. I had a wonderful team from my Navigator, the nurses, all the way up to my doctor Jillian Kurtz. Despite the scary odds we faced in growing our family, with the due diligence of my ORM team we have had some great wins. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with ORM! My husband and I were in their care for about 7 months before conceiving our twins! We absolutely loved our doctors - we saw Molly McCluskey for almost all of our mid-cycle ultrasounds & IUI appointments and she was absolutely wonderful. She always answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening.
