Love this place, Mrs. Lena is very honest.
I have had a pleasant experience and they make the buying process easy. They are even willing to get the vehicle you want when you get close to paying off your current vehicle.
Very rude. We went inside to inquire about a vehicle. We were ignored for a full 5 minutes (I started timing after a minute). Now, I understand phone calls must be made but some kind of gesture would have been nice. And there were TWO people there. Someone could have at least said hello. Then, he finally comes out of his office with an "I'm better than you" attitude and rudely says "Can I help you?"
