I had an appointment which was a follow up to an MRI, 2/5, I had to cancel from the parking lot in the Lynbrook location because of the traffic jam and lack of parking places. The lot is not setup well and the spots are too small. It's a shame, My Doctor is very good, but the location is terrible.
Dr. Cruz is an angel! God bless her. Thank you very much for helping me with my hand! I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable and approached my situation as if I was family. I'm so glad I got her as my orthopedist!
Dr. Liberman was not available. I did not know that until I got to the appointment. Needless to say I had the DO who helped me and diagnosed my knee and she was excellent. I would highly recommend her. She was polite, professionally, and very knowledgeable and my knee feels great. I forgot her name but I would definitely use her once again thank you
I would not recommend this location for children. After the front desk confused our paperwork with another patient's, our visit started with the medical assistant telling us about another current patient's injury and how it was a worse story than my child's. The doctors later joked in a way that may have been appropriate with an adult but felt inappropriate for a child (relating to a sports injury: "Did you win?
