Dr. Stamatos and his staff are wonderfull. He is direct and plainspoken, which simplifies decision making. His staff is very professional, courteous and empathetic. Couldn't be happier with my visit.
I reached out to this office in hopes of becoming a patient, as they offer both in-person and telehealth options. Unfortunately, I was unexpectedly banned as a patient without any explanation. What concerns me most is that bans in this type of setting are typically connected to specific issues such as failed urine screenings or inappropriate conduct—but neither of those apply to me. I've been using Orlin and Cohen for about 20 years, Dr Smith has been my knee guy for almost all of that time and I've had both of my shoulderrs done by Dr Ticker in addition to seeing a few of your other specialist. Additionally many members of my family also use your practice. Your new phone system ***** beyond belief and will eventually cause many patients to seek care elsewhere.
