My goal with this appointment was to seek a second opinion on a running injury. The MA was very thorough, as was the PA who initially saw me. A complete set of x-rays were done on site and everyone was complete in their explanation of how the visit was to go on. When I met with Dr. Paci he rigorously reviewed my previous imaging studies and confirmed the diagnosis. Dr. Mallo is a thorough and competent doctor who always knows how to treat my shoulder issues.
Everyone very friendly and professional from reception staff to PA Scott and Dr. Stephen himself. I was given very thorough exam and everything was explained to me in detail. I was given several options and when I opted to move forward with surgery I could not have felt more comfortable. All risks and possible outcomes were laid out to me so I could make informed decision.
