Dr. Mallo and staff were great. Unfortunately, my shoulder is too far gone to be repaired. My only chance is p/t. On my way!
Calling to get to talk to the Smithtown office can be difficult, even when I dial the main number, I will get routed to a central office, which will have me leave a message and my call back number, this system is inefficient and requires many follow up calls. For example, I needed a WHD form filled out for my return-to-work. I called on 11/28 and after many attempts I speak to Cecilia, who tells me to fax her the form, and she will take care of it. Everyone at Dr Alpert’s office is a professional! From Kathryn, the office manager, to Trevor the MA, to Erin the surgical coordinator, and the ladies at the front desk, they were true professionals who kept things running smoothly and kept me informed every step of the way! Dr Alpert is the VERY BEST! Simply cannot say enough good things about him! Brilliant doctor and kind person too! Highly recommend!
I had a total knee replacement and am very pleased with the outcome My knee was in very bad shape and I kept putting it off for years. Wish I had done it sooner.
Love the staff and the doctors. I wasn’t thrilled with the hour wait to be seen.
