Not even a 1 star experience, at least at this location. I would not recommend! I went in for a meniscus sports injury. The doctor spent only a few minutes with me, yet the billing issues that followed were extensive... My visit was billed incorrectly, a duplicate insurance claim was submitted, and did not communicate what amount I actually owed at any point. I saw Dr Palmieri's PA , Jaclyn, and she was very professional , knowledgeable, listened to all my issues and answered all my questions with a way to solve one of my current problems in between management shots! She was great! I was very pleased.
The staff at Dr. Reisner’s office is wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and very caring. Dr. Reisner is AMAZING. He has a fantastic personality and put me completely at ease. He explained my hand problem to me and suggested a brace to wear when doing strenuous activities. I will definitely recommend him to others.
I was treated with respect. I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered.
