I was very happy with the thoroughness of my visit for a broken foot with Dr. Scott Koenig at the Massapequa office, and also with the friendly and helpful guidance I received from Kathy pre- and post-visit with the doctor. Kathy explained everything I needed to know about how to care for my broken foot, how to wrap it and put my boot on, and how to maneuver around while my injury heals. Not happy with the experience. Felt rushed and a prescription was recommended for arthritis pain. I had bad side effects to the medication. It was impossible to reach anyone. I could not get anyone in the phone for me to speak to about my reaction to the medication. No one I spoke to seem to care and just kept transferring me to a line that just kept hanging up. Not pleased at all .
