I was calling Orlin and Cohen for over two hours trying to get a copy of my back X-rays. No one answers a call because the phone system is the worst! After two hours, someone picked up the phone to tell me that I have to speak to the billing department. What does that billing department have to do with X-rays. Your phone system states that it was better but you are so wrong! I finally had to get in my car and go to the Woodbury to get a physical copy. I am in a lot of pain and need to have 4 spacers, bolts and a fusion done.... read more
