I highly recommend Orlin and Cohen of Woodbury, NY. The staff is attentive, friendly and thorough. The nursing staff is polite and helpful. The doctor I saw, Dr. Smith, has great bedside manners and asks a lot of questions and does a full screening on the patient to diagnose the problem. He gives you options for your treatment and explains everything clearly. I have had to have shots in my shoulders on two different visits and the doctor was kind and informative throughout the procedure.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. When I met with Dr. Paci, he was kind and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me. He was well-informed and explained everything about the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. When it turned out I wasn't a candidate for the procedure, Dr. Paci explained the reasons why in detail. He took the time to discuss alternative options and provided a clear plan for my next steps. This office is run well and Dr Daves is wonderful. Dr Daves, Gerber and Levitz are all great
Worst Experience- Front Desk Staff members are rude- First practice I been to where they refuse to let you speak to doctor on the phone. I had issue after my cortisone shot and needed to speak to the doctor- they just wont let me speak to the doctor until I was forced to come in (which meant a second copay payment) just to speak to the doctor and ask a simple question that I could have asked over the phone!
