Absolutely terrible customer service. At the point of purchase we explained and even noted on our delivery forms that both delivery men would need two forms of identification to enter the military base. After three weeks of arguments, delays, terrible interactions with every associate we encountered , and two failed deliveries, after we repeatidly told them what they would need, the manager told my husband and I they did not want to sell to us because we had wasted their time and their money.
