I have lived at Orleans Square for 2 years, and I absolutely love living here. The complex is in a wonderful neighborhood in South Broadmoor, very close to the LSUS campus. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and every maintenance request I have had has been taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend! 😊
My girlfriend use to stay there and unlike what some of these reviews are saying it’s is very nice. I never seen any bugs and they do offer pest control. The move in and move out process was made very easy by the office staff. My girlfriend wouldn’t have moved if we weren’t getting married and buying a house together. It’s in a great location and if a maintenance issue came up they would fix the problem in. Timely manner. I would definitely recommend Orleans Square to friends and family

Orleans Square is probably one of the most underrated apartment complexes in Shreveport! My boyfriend has lived here for 6 months and it’s been great. The first few weeks we had a few maintenance issues we had to get fixed and every time we called, they showed up either the same day or first thing the next morning.
