Orleans Square is probably one of the most underrated apartment complexes in Shreveport! My boyfriend has lived here for 6 months and it’s been great. The first few weeks we had a few maintenance issues we had to get fixed and every time we called, they showed up either the same day or first thing the next morning. The maintenance guys are always so friendly as well. Also, you can’t beat the rent prices here!!!! I and my girlfriend will be moving here in April. When I first applied I was denied, through no fault of Orleans square or myself. The current complex we are in lied to the management at Orleans about supposed violations and the length of time I've lived there. Once I provided proof to the contrary of what the current place has said, Orleans approved me. Shame people nowadays are crooked and such. Thank you Orleans for accepting me. Can't wait to get to know you'll better!
