I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I visited because I was unable to hear out of one ear and needed to get my ear flushed by a professional. I was seen by two practitioners (one was a student) for what should have been a straightforward procedure. After attempting the procedure, they told me it had been successful. Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 45 minutes of our Saturday waiting for our 13 month to be seen by a nurse and there was no one in the waiting room to have to leave because it was taking too long and never got seen. They are disorganized and it’s absolutely terrible service. Never again will we waste our Saturday and going to this clinic. Save your time and just wait at a public walk in clinic.

Our family Dr. is retiring and we opted to register with Orleans Premier Family Care since nurse practitioners can offer the level of healthcare both my husband and I require (we have a couple of health issues). We met with Shonette last week and we were both blown away by her. I mean wow! Super disappointed in this clinic. I was told the nurse practitioner would be about to help with my tonsil stones! I went for my appointment and turns out she couldn’t help me at all and with all of that I still had to pay the fee. Will never go there again.
