She understood our request what we wanted, she really behaved like a person who wanted to ensure us a much better experience after the bad experience we had before with another dealership. Extremely impressed with Tanya and the Orleans Kia dealership when I came in to purchase a new vehicle. I actually processed my pre-approval from my couch, was contacted to say it was good to go and made plans for a test drive for a few days later. Tanya was very knowledgeable about the SUV I was test driving and was able to get me a few incentives for my purchase. Very pleased with my experience and happy to now have my new Kia!
