My wife and I went to Orleans KIA a week ago Wednesday to purchase a 2026 Seltos LX AWD. I had done extensive research, and had decided this was the vehicle we wanted. I never thought I'd see the day that I would become such a big fan of a non north American vehicle brand. The last drop that spilled the glass: I had to buy lug nuts for my steel rims because the people at Orléans KIA didn’t think to tell me I would need different ones. A sudden snow fall is expected tomorrow and I had to change the summer tires for the winter tires at Mr. Lube instead of in the dealership. The winter tires are on steel rims and I was informed by the technicians here that we can’t use the lug nuts that came with the original rims because they can damage the steel ones and they won’t be properly secured. I went to buy my new 2026 Sportage hybrid at Orleans Kia! Navdeep was amazing in explaining every details of the car and all options available. If you want a woman that knows cars shes the one! Always greeting you with a smile and positive friendly attitude!! Robert the finance guy was also amazing! He did everything he could to get me the best package for the best price and went over and beyond! Although i had to wait 28 days for my vehicle…..it was at end of all this journey….
