Start to finish, great experience. Went in with my wife to pick out lenses, Josh was outstanding and patient as my wife gave thumbs up or thumbs down to frames all over the store. He made sure to go over all the different options of all the lenses and made sure everything was done right.
Great place to get eye exams and eyeglasses. Excellent service from the staff, and especially Josh who did all my measurements and helped me pick out new frames.
Just purchased glasses from Laurier Place d'Orleans. The staff was incredibly helpful in advising me of what size frame suited me best. Want to thank Josh and Kristin for taking the time and re- measuring for progressive lenses to make sure of absolute accuracy. They are both very knowledgeable and really friendly, interested in the customer, and totally welcoming. A good time was had by me.
Josh provided excellent customer service and knowledge to help with selecting my new glasses. I wish I can give 10 stars, but the best I can do is to continue going to Laurier Optical for my vision needs. Would recommend for anyone who needs to get an eye exam done or needs help purchasing new glasses.
