if there is a more rude individual acting as a customer service for a bike shop I have never met them.
The store hours are open until 5:00 PM on Friday. I arrived at 4:35PM and went in. Most of the lights were out and I asked if the store was open. Owner/employee said they were in the process of closing down. Then he asked me how my day on the boat was. I said what?
