If you want to get worse go here. I've had 3 therapist since I've gone. Interns leave and they give you interns who aren't experienced and you get dangled around. They get better you get hope and they jump ship. They almost never answer their phone. I get calls back days later. They are not good for crisis. If you have more complex mental issues do not go here. Useless place been going for over 30 years and pointless, I ask for my diagnosis and then was asked why I wanted it?? They don't keep record of you and again asked why your asking?? I repair equipment and having a history of that equipment to help diagnose the issues, common sense, nope not them . Definitely not a medical service Well update I made official complaints dismissed of course and a letter from them saying I haven't gone to appointments lol lie I was always on time .
