Useless place been going for over 30 years and pointless, I ask for my diagnosis and then was asked why I wanted it?? They don't keep record of you and again asked why your asking?? I repair equipment and having a history of that equipment to help diagnose the issues, common sense, nope not them . Definitely not a medical service
Alyssa Thomas is the head honcho of this place and she is unqualified. She operates out of her own emotion and opinion and not what’s universally best for clients. She has an agenda to push. I Advocate everyone stay away from Alyssa Thomas.
I was going for about a year and a half. Never made it past the first step. Felt as if they were never going to get me the help I needed. I was pretty sure they just had me coming in to collect my money from my insurance company. It was a big waste of my time. Its been over 6 months since i stopped going. Been trying to get right in the head again just to start going to get help. Honestly I would love to leave-5 stars if I could.
Absolutely atrocious professionalism. I waited for 9 months to see a psychiatrist and they rescheduled me each one, I still have yet to have seen one. Their one counselor there is more interested in themselves than with the patient. Honestly I feel like I got more issues going to this place then not going lol. Definitely would not recommend if you're actually trying to improve your mental health
