Been meaning to review this for years but never got to it. I came in here a couple times during vacation and each visit, they went above and beyond. I dropped off my film from a discounted roll that I bought here. When the pictures didn’t turn out (from my own mechanical malfunction), they still developed and sent me scans for free. Another time, I asked if they happened to have the right sized lens cap. The only one they had was on one of the cameras for sale, but they let me buy the cap anyway. Orleans Camera continues to be my only stop for photo printing, despite no longer living in the area. The quality is absolutely superb, the friendly customer service cannot be beat, and the shipping is really fast. Love supporting this small business. Thank you, Orleans Camera!

Last time I was in there the 'owner'? couldn't have been more rude. I was told I shouldn't be using my camera settings!?! I've been shooting over 20 yrs! I do know how to use a camera. They aren't as high and mighty as they believe. Many years ago when they were at Patriot's Square they were so helpful. I bought 2 cameras from them. I will not go back & would never refer them to my friends. I'll give them an F for failure & an R for rudeness. Funny how they forget they work for Us. There are other places to go.
