Maintenance is extremely slow at responding to service orders. One time I put in a service order and it just sat there then it was closed with no service being done at which point I no longer cared because was lease was ending. I had planned to move elsewhere but circumstances kept me at Orleans and I transferred units. I've been here for 3 year's now. I've renewed each year giving the property the opportunity to resolve things. The location is very convenient for our job and family members. The staff is nice but the property isn't cleaned as it should be. We've had to clean the elevator several times. This is due to other tenants pet's waste. The elevator is always hot and in this triple digit weather that isn't good! I don’t know what’s going on with Orleans these days but they need to get it together. When Lynn Trahn was here, this place was ran effortlessly and things were handled promptly. The constant change of management ever since her departure, has rendered this place a dump. Constant trash in the hallways, trash in the trash room never picked up on time and smells horrid. The fact that mail piles up in the mailroom, the elevators are BROKEN ALL THE DAMN TIME, and the gate to come in and out is CONSISTENTLY broken. Let’s not forge... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been living there for year and half and in the beginning it was fine Chelsea was in charge but it went downhill from there since she left. In the year and half I have been there, there have been 7 managers in this place. My fridge didn’t work for 4 months and management refused to fix and replaced the fridge. So I was constantly throwing away groceries and eating out. Also there was multiple gunshots at 3 am and my apartment was hit along with my neighbor.
