Theft There’s so much theft we had a literal motorcycle stolen out of our parking spot not to mention a diamond tennis chain in a secured package room that has two locked doors. Anybody can just go in there and get what they want. don’t live here because the amount of residents I’ve talked to that has gotten their cars broken into is crazy.

Disappointed, complex went downhill If you asked me 3 years ago I would have given this place a 4 to 5 stars. I do not recommend living here, they upped my rent 250 dollars and are updating absolutely NOTHING. My unit looks like it’s from the 80’s with ugly green counter tops. Really old cabinets that they spray painted on the insides of instead of just replacing them. My fridge is most likely original to when they first built the place, it’s loud and it’s ugly and barely works but they won’t replace it. The oven is awful bu... read more

CAR TOWED I had a second car that I was preparing to sell since it was used infrequently. I had to relocate the car to accomodate roof replacement throughout the complex and moved to a different part of the complex. It had sat for a few weeks and was subsequently towed cost me over $500. The tags were expired but there was no effort to notify me other than a sticker on the car (which was not seen since it had to relocated). Remove 4 of the 5 "stars", and you have this property. My girlfriend and I fled this property a couple of months ago, after a year of unresolved maintenance/mold/water damage issues. Do yourself a favor, demand to walk through any apartment you decide to rent PRIOR to moving in. Our electric bills were almost $200 due to very poor insulation, the windows are covered in condensation and mold grows from the cracks. We even found mold behind the cheap, plastic shower wall.
