Actually only fixes what needs fixed & fully explains all service. Been going to Orlando since he opened. Highly recommend!
Up front an honest. Always shows me what was fixed, explains how it works, and lets me know what to look out for the next time something is about to wear out. Because of Orlando, each and every vehicle I've owned has lasted 200,000 miles or more.

Iowa friends, my Indianapolis Mitsubishi auto service center told me my right rear ball bearing needed replaced... Took it to a customer of my dad's from Arnold Motor Supply in Urbandale, Iowa...Turns out both of my rear ball bearings were just loose... So instead of paying the $360 that Mitsubishi quoted me, I paid $30 for a check-over and tightening of the bearings! Go visit Orlando, tell him Keith Bauer from Arnold's sent you.
