Place is a joke. Never gets to appointments even after THEY reschedule
I'm currently a patient with this psychiatry. But they call me at the wrong times and not on the time to set appointments. Then I have to fight with them beg them and plead with them to maintain my medications. They're inconsistent and incapable of doing their job. If they took the Hippocratic oath they shoved it up the toilet. Because a hypocratic oath says do no harm to your patient when I'm on a drug that's a narcotic and they can't maintain it without me begging them. I had an excellent experience at Bay Hill Psychiatric. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Dr. Sultana was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to all my concerns.
