The worst supply house in all of Florida. If you want to sit here for an hour, watch the counter guys have side conversations and not help you. This is a 1 hour minimum inside this hell hole
Fantastic customer service
I'm just a regular homeowner who came here for an A/C capacitor. I've been here previously for my other unit and had no problem. Today I went here and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without even having my presence acknowledged despite several employees walking past me. Finally the guy at the desk looks at the photo I brought and grabs a capacitor off the shelf and says "this might work".
