Do not rent from these people, do not hire them to manage your rentals. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and abscond with rental funds. Orlando Vacation Services was hired to manage one of our properties in Davenport, FL. They collected funds for stays at our property, but never paid them out. To add insult to injury they also did not perform required maintenance while managing the property resulting in further property damage that we must now resolve.
