Dont ever have an issue because you wont be able to contact anyone. Decent place and they will answer your call to book a spot but if you have issues you can’t get ahold of anyone. Was booked under my wife’s name to explain their response
Major bonus for location and the ability to bring our dog with us. Outside of that we were disappointed in condition of the townhouse and the entire complex (Crestwynd). We were not expecting the Ritz but interior furnishings, beds, pillows, etc were due for a refresh. A good example is the curtains on the sliding glass door were for a window, so they didn't come close to the floor.
