My veteran father came to visit from out of town. He needed to see a physician and we found our way to this building. There is one singular sign that says Department of Veteran Affairs and absolutely no other directions. We went into the building twice to ask for directions and were told “it’s the building over there” by 2 different people. The building they referred to was a completely unrelated office building. I've transferred from the Green team to Teal to Purple team and the service gets worse. In the last 6mo I've had 3 PCP. I was assigned a new PCP 3months ago, my first appointment was cancelled by clinic and still up to now I have not met my new PCP. *Noticed those that have 4+stars reviews don't mention their team. Is it me or do you find that ironic?

VA will never be perfect - it's government operated health care. Having said that, I have always been treated with respect here. Purple Team, Ophthalmology and Audiology have been courteous and helpful.
