I would not waste the time going to these people they rushed us out of the shop because it was closing time , we get a mile down the turn pike an the brand new tire blows off the brand new rim and we are stuck on the side of the turn pike with kids in the car. Highly upset and very poor customer service. Learn from our mistakes

Hello, I'm sorry that this has happened to you and I appreciate very much that you drove in from out of town. From the pictures it does not look like the tire blew off of the rim. It looks like the tire went flat somehow, either there was a faulty valve stem and the air leaked out, causing the tire to go flat and breaking off the TPMS sensor and valve stem, or even possibly you could have picked up something in your tire that caused it to go flat.
